More than 400 young people from across the UK and Ireland came together this July for a national youth conference to reflect on how they can contribute to building a more just, united and hopeful society.
The gathering created a space for young people from diverse backgrounds to explore questions of purpose, friendship, education, service and community life. Rather than seeing young people simply through the challenges they face today, the conference focused on their capacity to become agents of positive change and to contribute meaningfully to the life of their communities.

Through consultation, learning, creative activities and conversations about service, participants explored how lasting social change can begin with small but meaningful actions at the local level. The conference offered a powerful message of hope: young people are not merely inheriting the future, they have an important role in shaping it and writing a new story for their communities and society.
