About us

Welcome to the Thames Valley Bahá’í Community website!  Members of our community are followers of the Bahá’í Faith, the youngest of the world’s independent religions, which teaches us that all humanity is just one family.

We meet regularly in West Berkshire to discuss our inspiration from the Bahá’í Faith and issues that are important to us. The Thames Valley Bahá’ís include people from England, Iran and India. Our activities currently include: children’s classes (two age groups up to age 10), a study circle, prayer and meditation meetings.

You are welcome to email us at myra@khorassani.com or susan@1bahai.org if you want to learn more about the Bahá’í Faith or join in the activities of the Thames Valley Bahá’í Community.

Our aim on this website is to give you the opportunity to learn more about the Bahá’í Faith and to benefit from the spiritual and practical insights found in Bahá’u’lláh’s teachings.

We aim to offer only a brief introduction to the Bahá’í Faith, to the activities of our community in West Berkshire and to let you know what’s important to us. For more detailed and comprehensive information about the Faith, we invite you to visit http://www.bahai.org/
