Thames Valley & Solent Conference – Building Vibrant Communities

On the last weekend of April this year a conference took place at the Bahá’í Training Centre in Bicester. Its purpose was to “explore the progress & prosperity of our communities & Bahá’u’lláh’s universal call to work for the betterment of our world”.

Hundreds of people from a diverse range of cultural and religious backgrounds gathered for the three day conference.

During the weekend 5 themes were explored:

  1. Bahá’u’lláh’s Vision for Humanity
  2. The Distance Traversed Thus Far
  3. Building Vibrant Communities
  4. Educational Endeavours and the Training Institute
  5. Contributing to Social Transformation

The themes were also explored in creative and artistic sessions.

We are looking forward to the next big event at the Bahá’í Training Centre!
